At The Swim Co, we aim to provide high-quality, safe, and consistent swimming lessons. Because our class sizes are deliberately small and spaces are limited, our refund policy reflects the importance of reserved places, safety, and lesson continuity.

Bookings & Payments

All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance to secure a place.

Payments are non-refundable, except in very rare and exceptional circumstances.

Class sizes are kept small to ensure individual attention, progress, and safety.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

If your child (or you) misses a class for any reason—including illness, holidays, travel, tiredness, or appointments
the session cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred. -
No catch-up lessons are offered, as this affects class safety ratios and lesson progression.

If The Swim Co must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or events beyond our control, we will provide either a rescheduled session or a credit.

Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances)
Refunds are not available except in very rare and exceptional situations, such as:

Long-term medical conditions preventing participation, confirmed in writing by a GP or specialist.

Permanent closure of The Swim Co where replacement lessons cannot be offered.
Each case will be considered kindly, individually, and with fairness, but The Swim Co reserves the right to make the final decision.
