​How much are your lessons?

 

All of our 30-minute lessons are £14 (Parent & Baby, Preschool, After-school).

Private lessons: £33 (1:1) and £45 (2:1).

 

How do the payments work?

 

Bookings are made online. Lessons run in half-term blocks of 5, 6 or 7 weeks. Full payment is taken at checkout.

 

What if I can’t attend a lesson?

 

Missed lessons can’t be refunded, credited, or carried forward.

 

What should my child wear?

 

A well-fitted swimsuit, optional goggles, swimming hat provided for older children, and swim nappies for non-toilet-trained little ones.

 

What happens if a lesson is cancelled?

 

We will offer either a replacement session or a refund.

 

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

 

No refunds once a block has started. Cancellations before the block begins should be made as early as possible.

 

 Am I able to watch the lessons?

 

Yes — please keep noise low so children can hear instructions clearly.

 

How many children are in each class?

 

Parent & Baby: max 6

Preschool: max 3

After-school: max 4

 

Can I take photos or videos?

 

Only with the instructor’s permission, and only of your own child.

 

Does my child need to wear goggles?

 

Optional — children learn with and without them.

 

What time should I arrive for my lesson?

 

5–10 minutes before your class.

 

What are the changing facilities?

 

Clean changing rooms with toilets and showers.

 

Is there a lost property?

 

Yes — ask your instructor if something has been left behind.
