Room Pitches - 6ft trading space.

Our Room Pitches are located in a cosy indoor space with limited availability, providing a sheltered and welcoming environment for both stallholders and visitors.

Pitch Information

• Each pitch includes a 6ft trading space.

• Stallholders must provide their own table and any display equipment required.

• If you require electricity, please let us know at the time of booking.

• Valid Public Liability Insurance is required, and proof may be requested on the day of the event.

• Stallholders must arrive at least one hour before the event opens to allow sufficient time for setup.

• Vehicles must remain parked for the duration of the event and cannot be moved until the fair has closed.

• All stalls must remain set up and staffed until the end of the event.

• As part of our Christmas Fair raffle, all stallholders are kindly asked to donate a prize.

• Stallholders are responsible for keeping their pitch area clean and tidy and removing all waste at the end of the event.
